How we work
We’re a remote-first company with teams across the United States and in Portugal, staying connected through Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite for daily collaboration. We encourage team off-sites and have office hubs in Denver, NYC, and Libson. We embrace continuous learning and growth as we tackle new challenges together. Every team member plays a vital role in our success and receives equity in Cleerly when they join.

How we will communicate
Recently, we’ve become aware that fake job postings using our name and logo have appeared on job boards without our knowledge. Be aware of recruiting fraud. Below is our recruiting process:
- We use Greenhouse as our ATS (Application Tracking System).
- All open jobs are posted here, on our Careers page.
- All communication from Cleerly will come from our corporate email domain (@cleerlyhealth.com).
- All interviews conducted at Cleerly are done via phone call or Zoom. We never text or use chat services to conduct interviews.
- We will never ask for bank account information, social security number, or any other personal information during the interview process.
