Rebecca Cohenour, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, is responsible for the company’s legal strategy and maintaining processes to ensure legal, regulatory, and commercial compliance. Cohenour joined Cleerly in 2023, bringing significant experience from corporate legal departments (including a Fortune500 company) and large law firms (including Perkins Coie).
Throughout her career, Cohenour has gained deep healthcare industry experience through managing complex business and legal issues.
Cohenour holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
