James K. Min, MD
James K. Min, MD is a former Professor of Radiology and Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and the Director of the Dalio Institute of Cardiovascular Imaging (ICI) at NewYork-Presbyterian. He is a board-certified cardiologist with a clinical focus on cardiovascular disease prevention and cardiovascular imaging.
With a clinical and research focus on coronary artery disease, Min has published more than 500 peer-reviewed manuscripts that have been funded, in part, by numerous grants awarded by the National Institutes of Health and the Dalio Foundation. Min has served as Principal Investigator on numerous landmark multicenter clinical trials and registries, including the ACCURACY, CONFIRM, CONSERVE, CREDENCE, ICONIC and PARADIGM trials. Min is also the director of a state-of-the-art core laboratory for coronary computed tomography for several multicenter clinical trials, including for the PACIFIC and ISCHEMIA trials.
Min is Past President of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT), where he served as Chair for the Annual Scientific Sessions meeting for 5 years. He was the 2017 recipient of the SCCT Gold Medal Award for lifetime achievement in the field of CT. He is a leader in the American College of Cardiology where he has served on the Task Force for Clinical Expert Consensus Documents and the Task Force for Appropriate Use Criteria. Min served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, Associate Editor for the Journal of the American College of Cardiology: Cardiovascular Imaging, Associate Editor of the Journal of Nuclear Cardiology, and on the Editorial Board of Circulation: Cardiovascular Imaging. Min has received numerous awards and distinctions, including recently being inducted into the American Society of Clinical Investigation and the Academy of Radiology Research.
For Min, the development, validation and dissemination of Cleerly’s products and services offer him an opportunity to translate the large-scale clinical trial research he has spent doing in the last 17 years into daily clinical practice through innovative solutions in coronary heart disease that have not existed in the marketplace to date.
Min received his BA from the University of Chicago, and his medical degree from Temple University Medical School. He completed his internship, residency and cardiovascular medicine fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals.

Since joining the firm at the end of 2021, Scott has stretched Insight’s reach into healthcare with investments in mental health companies, healthcare infrastructure platforms, AI healthcare solutions and more. Oscar Munoz
Oscar Munoz, former CEO and Chairman of United Airlines, has led an accomplished career, spanning senior financial positions at Coca-Cola, Pepsico, AT&T, and US West. He also served as President and COO of North American rail-based transportation supplier CSX Corp. He is a board director at Salesforce, TelevisaUnivision, and Archer Aviation, the University of Southern California, and the Brookings Institution; he is also an independent trustee for Fidelity and a CNBC Contributor. He serves a general partner at L’Attitude Ventures, a $100M+ institutional venture capital platform invested in early-stage innovative companies primarily owned and led by U.S. Latinos
A first-generation college graduate with degrees from the University of Southern California and Pepperdine, he was twice honored by Hispanic Business Magazine as one of its ‘100 Most Influential Hispanics’, honoring his journey as an immigrant who is the first person of Hispanic heritage to run a U.S. airline.
He is the author of the Wall Street Journal best-selling memoir, Turnaround Time: Uniting an Airline and its Employees in the Friendly Skies.
Justin Klein, MD, JD
Justin Klein, MD, JD, is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Vensana Capital, a leading venture capital and growth equity firm dedicated to medtech innovation. Justin was previously a partner and leader of the medical technology investing practice at NEA, one of the largest and most active venture capital firms in the world. Justin also worked at the Duke University Health System where his experience included roles in strategy, finance and operations as Duke built one of the nation’s first integrated healthcare delivery systems. Justin currently or previously served on the board of directors of Apella, Cartiva (acquired), ChromaCode, Cleerly, CV Ingenuity (acquired), Epix Therapeutics (acquired), FIRE1, GPB Scientific, Intact Vascular (acquired), Metavention, Personal Genome Diagnostics, PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals (IPO), Relievant Medsystems, Senseonics (IPO), Topera (acquired), Ulthera (acquired), Vertiflex (acquired), Vesper Medical, and VytronUS (acquired).
Justin currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Medical Device Manufacturers Association and that of AdvaMed Accel, where he is the Chair of its MedTech Investment Working Group.
Justin graduated with an AB in Economics, a BS in Biological Anthropology & Anatomy, and a Minor in Chemistry from Duke University. He also concurrently earned his MD from the Duke University School of Medicine and his JD from Harvard Law School.
Tripp Peake
Tripp Peake has more than thirty five years of experience in venture investing and venture development focused on early stage companies. Peake is a co-founder and General Partner of LRVHealth, a Boston-based venture fund established in 2000 focused on starting and building the next generation of innovative healthcare IT, tech-enabled service, medical device, and diagnostic companies. LRVHealth’s core investor base includes both healthcare providers and payers and represents a network of 22 institutions with approximately 6,000 points of care covering 32 states and touching a population of 130 million people. The LRVHealth fund is investing out of its fourth fund.
Immediately prior to forming LRV in 2000, Peake was a partner with Kestrel Venture Management, a Boston-based early stage venture capital firm that invested in both healthcare and tech. Prior to Kestrel, Peake was founding CEO of Mass Ventures, a seed stage fund focused on Massachusetts-based technology start-ups, and co-founder and CEO of Science Park Associates, a venture development company that built new companies spinning out of Yale University and the Yale Medical School.
Peake holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Yale University.
Lee Cooper
Lee Cooper is Chief Executive Officer at AssistRx, leading the organization’s focus on delivering excellence in patient support solutions and its vision to transform lives through access to therapy. Cooper served as Chairman of the AssistRx Board of Directors since 2024 prior to transitioning to his current role.
Bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, private equity and finance to his role at AssistRx, Cooper specializes in leading successful organizations through transformative growth. He believes that success starts with having a strong culture made up of highly engaged and collaborative team members, focused on delivering value for customers and growth for stakeholders.
Prior to transitioning to his current role, he served as Chairman of the AssistRx Board of Directors while leading U.S. Radiology Specialists as Chief Executive Officer. Cooper’s other previous roles include Operating Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), Executive Vice President and President at Walgreens Pharmacy, Chief Executive Officer at Shields Health Solutions, and over 25 years of leadership experience at GE, including President and CEO of GE Healthcare - U.S. and Canada.
Cooper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is married with six children and seven grandchildren.
Louis Samson
Mr. Samson is an operationally-focused investor with nearly 30 years of transaction experience. He is the Co-President of Platinum Equity, a global, operations-focused, private equity firm with $48 billion under management. Mr. Samson is a member of Platinum’s investment committee and manages its NY, Greenwich and London offices.
