Becomes First Clinic in Area to Offer Cleerly AI Heart Disease Analyses
July 9, 2025 (FRANKLIN, TN) – Longevity Health, a preventive imaging clinic founded by philanthropist and entrepreneur George Shinn and his wife Megan, has officially opened in Franklin, bringing advanced preventative health imaging to Tennessee residents. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, making early detection critical for effective treatment and prevention. "With this cutting-edge technology and an exceptional team delivering compassionate, high-quality care, our mission is simple: extend life and elevate health," the Shinns shared.
The clinic is the first and only provider in Tennessee to offer Cleerly's AI-driven coronary CT angiography (CCTA), an FDA-cleared imaging technology that analyzes coronary plaques and stenosis. This noninvasive scan analyzes cardiovascular images to identify the type and extent of plaque burden, critical to a healthcare provider’s ability to facilitate precision treatment. Data from several multi-center clinical trials have demonstrated performance of Cleerly as an accurate tool for identification, quantification and characterization of coronary artery disease.
“I came in for the scan as a patient because as an ER doctor for 20 years, I saw what happens when you don't catch the disease early enough," said Dr. Jay Cleveland, a Longevity Health patient and physician at Next Level Health. "When I saw the results for the first time, it was absolutely eye-opening. I did not think that technology existed today to actually be able to see every inch of my coronary arteries. When I got my study done, I left this place with just a sense of relief, knowing what I had in my heart arteries. If I was your doctor I would tell you to get this test. It's the best money you will spend on your health. Period.”
The clinic is located in Franklin's Innovation Park behind Cool Springs Mall. Patients receive timely scan results, and board-certified physicians personally review each scan and a medical provider will explain results in an individual consultation. Dr. Kevin Young, a board-certified cardiologist with over 20 years of experience in clinical and interventional cardiology, is on-site at Longevity Health to oversee imaging and provide expert consultation through his practice, Young Heart Group*.
Longevity Health is now accepting appointments for comprehensive preventive health imaging. For more information about Longevity Health and to schedule an appointment, visit www.longevityhealthtn.com or call (615) 234-9945.
